Interior Design Preference Survey • 2026

Welcome Dear Fellow Owner,

Legends Whistler Creekside was last redesigned over 15 years ago. As your Design Committee, we are now building the owner-driven brief that will help guide our next interior renewal. Your input directly shapes what gets prioritized and how our shared investment is allocated.  The survey has two parts, THE SHORT FORM and THE EXTENDED FORM.

The Short Form (Questions 1–25)

Takes approximately 8–10 minutes. Owners with additional time and opinions are encouraged to continue to the EXTENDED FORM (Questions 26+). All responses are confidential and aggregated. Please submit by May 1, 2026.

Quick Survey Instructions

One response is allowed per owner email.  If you are, for example, multiple owners (ie husband & wife), then you can submit two responses per unit/week. Each person responding requires a unique email.

A Note About Surveys: Some of the questions below may feel obvious, or you may worry that being asked about something means we’re already planning to do it — we’re not. This survey is simply about building a picture of owner preferences cluster across hundreds of different people with different tastes, usage patterns, and priorities. If a question doesn’t apply to you, or you genuinely have no view, “no preference” is always a valid answer. Nothing in this survey is a commitment to any particular design direction — that work comes later, informed by what you tell us here. The Design Committee’s job right now is to listen.

As a thank-you for taking the time to share your input, every owner who completes the full survey (Parts One & Two) will be automatically entered into a draw for one of three prize groups of your choice (see “Choose Your Prize” below).

Winners will be drawn on June 1, 2026 and notified by email. To be eligible, you must complete the full survey including Part Two. Good luck — and thank you for helping shape the future of Legends.

Choose Your Prize

To make sure every winner receives something they truly want, we’re asking each owner to select their preferred prize.

Here’s how it works: entries will be grouped by prize selection, and one winner will be drawn from each group. So if you choose the Sofa So Good gift card, you’re entered into the draw among everyone else who selected that prize — and the same applies for the other two. This means your choice of prize may also influence your odds, depending on how popular each option is. Choose the one that excites you most, and good luck.

Draw Rules & Eligibility

Eligibility: Open to titled owners of Legends Whistler Creekside and their spouse or domestic partner only. This draw is a private contest limited exclusively to the Legends Whistler Creekside ownership group and is not open to the general public. Participation is limited to one entry per owner, identified by owner name and email address. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified. Employees and contractors of Legends Whistler Creekside, its management company, and the Design Committee are not eligible.

Entry: To be eligible for the draw, participants must complete the full survey including all of Part Two. Completion of Part One only does not constitute a qualifying entry.

Draw: Three separate draws will be conducted, one per prize category. Entries will be grouped according to the prize selected by each participant. Winners will be selected by random number generation from within their respective prize group. The draw will take place on [DRAW DATE]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each prize group.

Prizes: Prizes are non-refundable, and have no cash value. The two-night stay at Legends Whistler Creekside is subject to availability and must be booked and completed by [EXPIRY DATE]. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that a listed prize becomes unavailable.

Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 5 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within 10 business days, a new winner may be drawn from the same prize group. Winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release prior to receiving their prize.

Taxes & Reporting: All federal, provincial, and local taxes, duties, and any other costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are advised to consult a tax professional regarding any tax implications arising from receipt of a prize.

Privacy: Survey responses are confidential and will be used in aggregated form by the Design Committee only. Personal information collected through this survey, including name and email address, will be used solely for the purposes of administering this draw and communicating results. Collection and use of personal information is governed by the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes arising in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
